These Ibu-Ibu were walking in front of me this morning, beautifully dressed in traditional kebaya and sarong, with flowers in their hair, carrying offerings to a ceremony at the temple. I remembered Anne Watkins beautiful watercolors of the luncheon ladies walking down 5th Avenue in NYC. This seemed like the Bali version of that event.
