1. ORDER a pet portrait by selecting the size painting you’d like. All paintings are watercolor with collage on paper and standard mat and frame sizes.

2. EMAIL your photos to info@jlawsonart.com after placing your order. So that we can match your pet’s photos to your order, be sure to use the same email address when checking out. Please send 2-4 good pictures of the pet you would like painted. Remember that a painting can only be as good as the photo you submit.

3. TURNAROUND: General turn around is 3-4 weeks after the receipt of photos. If you need your painting by a certain date, please include that info in your email, and I will try to accommodate.

4. SHIPPING is $8.00 flat-rate per order. Ships USPS to United States addresses only.

5. RETURNS: You are guaranteed to love your ART! If you are not satisfied, your purchase price will be refunded when you return the painting to the address on the invoice. Please contact JLawsonart, LLC prior to the return at info@jlawsonart.com. You’ll be given a return authorization number to include with your return.
