I made tapas of “Pimientos de Padrón” for Thanksgiving with my family. Piping hot, slightly crunchy on the outside, with a few burn marks and a sprinkling of thick sea salt. An instant memory from walking the Camino de Santiago. A reminder to "give thanks” to my family, friends, fellow pilgrims and the community of artists around the world for their support of my book about this amazing journey.
