Giving thanks!

I made tapas of “Pimientos de Padrón” for Thanksgiving with my family. Piping hot, slightly crunchy on the outside, with a few burn marks and a sprinkling of thick sea salt. An instant memory from walking the Camino de Santiago. A reminder to "give thanks” to my family, friends, fellow pilgrims and the community of artists around the world for their support of my book about this amazing journey.     Visit their site: http://www.americanpilgrims.org/    A review on page 20—La Concha June 2017 A pilgrim’s Camino memento  https://www.facebook.com/groups/AmericanPilgrims/permalink/10155644584192348/?pnref=story The lovely review by Teoh Yi Chie of Parka Blogs.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gz85XjMlI6Q Podcast on the “Art of walking with a sketchbook…and a really heavy pack” https://caminoways.com/camino-podcast-interview-jennifer-lawson
